HuntRidgeRanch.com and WoodPetCrate.com takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our wood pet crates. Careful attention to design, materials, and the construction is our main priority. Each HuntRidge Ranch crate is handcrafted from natural wood, thus, there will be variations in wood grain. If you ordered a stained crate there will be variations in the way stain takes to the wood. No two crates look alike making your crate a unique one-of-a-kind piece. Unlike other wood dog crates, our crates come with a removable black plastic tray for ease in cleaning. Our Wood Pet Crates are designed to fit perfectly to West Paw Design’s Eco Nap, Zoo Rest, and Nature Nap Pet Beds we offer on our site.
All users of WoodPetCrate.com and HuntRidgeRanch.com website agree that access to and use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law.
PRICING
The prices displayed on this website HuntRidgeRanch.com are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. All payments made for our products must be in lawful currency of the United States. Shipping costs will be added to the total purchase price at the end of the checkout process.
PayPal will accept AMEX, Discover, VISA and Mastercard credit cards. PayPal payments are instant payments unless you are using their Echeck feature through your bank account. E-Checks can take up to 10 business days to clear. Inventory is not held for E-Check payments. If an item included with your order sells out before your payment clears we will notify you. ORDER PROCESSING
After submitting an order, you will receive a computer-generated email confirmation that your order was placed. If you are paying by credit card, you will receive another email with confirmation of the transaction.
Pet accessories typically ship within 2 business days after receipt of cleared payment. Exceptions are back orders, out of stock items, and wood pet crates.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipment of our Wood Pet Crates as they are handcrafted and custom made using all solid wood.
Due to higher/lower fuel prices imposed by our carriers, shipping charges are subject to change at any time.
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Shipping will be added to your total at time of checkout. Shipping charges are NOT included in the price listed for each item. Higher fees will apply for FedEx and UPS Express shipping. Shipping pricing is for continental United States. If your order is shipped outside the continental United States, you may be required to pay higher shipping fees, duties, taxes or other fees. These costs and special arrangements are the customer’s responsibility.
Once you submit an order online to us, you cannot change the order due to our automated online processing system.
Orders may or may not be charged the total cost at time of confirmation with the credit card issuer. Charges may not show up on your issuing bank statement for up to 5 business days.
More than one supplier may be shipping our products. Your order may arrive in separate packages. There is no additional fee for the split in order shipment.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
We make every attempt to ensure that the information provided on HuntRidge Ranch website is accurate and correct, but occasionally an error goes unnoticed. If you find an error on our website, please report it to us so that we can correct it immediately.
In the event a HuntRidgeRanch.com and WoodPetCrate.com product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error in the Description and or Title of products or in the pricing information, HuntRidge Ranch shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. HuntRidgeRanch.com and WoodPetCrate.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
SALES TAX
Federal law requires that all Minnesota residents be charged 6.875% sales tax.
FREE DELIVERY
HuntRidgeRanch.com and WoodPetCrate.com offer free delivery with our wood dog crates if the delivery address is within a 50 mile radius from Faribault, Minnesota 55021. Email us today and see if your address qualifies for free delivery.
SPECIAL HANDLING OF UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES – REFUSED PACKAGES RETURNED BY CONSIGNEE:
All packages purchased on this website that are refused by the consignee or which cannot be delivered due to any other cause beyond FedEx, UPS, or USPS control, will be returned to the shipper at the consignee’s expense.
This expense will be taken off the refund price and or returned merchandice.
Shipment refusal for reasons other than damage, defect or mis-shipment may result in a 25% restocking fee and or $100.00 restocking fee.
We are not responsible for lost packages although we will do everything possible to recover the loss caused by FedEx, UPS or USPS and make your order complete.
NOTICES

When you purchase a wood dog crate make sure you get the right size for your pet.
After purchase, upon receipt, inspect your purchase and notify customer service of any damage so we can assist you.
Keep the original packaging. The unique packaging was specifically designed for wood pet crate products and without the packaging, the wood dog crates cannot be returned. Product must be returned in good condition and repacked as carefully as possible, including any documentation, hardware, and accessories. Product not returned in this manner, or products that have been damaged by pets or pet owners are not eligible for refund.
If within 30 days you are dissatisfied with your wood pet crate product, you may return your purchase in the original packaging for a refund of the merchandise value. We cannot accept returns for merchandise damaged by installation miscues and/or pets. Contact us to arrange for a refund and or replacement.
DAMAGES
HuntRidgeRanch.com and WoodPetCrate.com and our suppliers take extra precautions to pack your orders to prevent damage and breakage. All items are shipped insured. If, despite best efforts, your order does arrive damaged, then please hold onto the package and damaged merchandise (for potential inspection) and email us right away for instructions.
Damaged shipments due to shipping need to be claimed with the carrier: UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The carrier will notify us or our suppliers upon their inspection of the damaged merchandise.
Please DO NOT return the damaged merchandise to us or to any of our suppliers until you have notified us of the damage. If necessary, we will send you paperwork to include with the damaged item or items you are returning.

Normal wear and tear or damage incurred by your pet to wood crate or pet bed is to be expected, and therefore not covered under our guarantee.
ASSEMBLY
All required hardware is provided and only a Phillips screwdriver is required for assembly. Detailed full color assembly instructions is included with each order. Assembly is simple and takes only a short time.
CATALOG REQUESTS
In an effort to keep costs down and maintain competitive pricing, we do not currently offer a printed catalog. Please contact us if you have any questions or need additional information regarding any of our products.
DISCLAIMER
Under no circumstances will HuntRidge Ranch, Inc., HuntRidgeRanch.com, WoodPetCrate.com be liable for any lost products, damaged products (other than manufacture defect), or injury to your pet or any other animal with products purchased from this website.
